
As a practitioner, Ms Jensen develops policies and procedures, develops complaint resolution processes, conducts training and facilitates groups for a broad group of clients. She also develops post investigation restoration activities for workplaces affected by conflict. In addition, Ms Jensen conducts breakthrough sessions to assist clients in overcoming their barriers to growth and success. She also works with many different and diverse clients as a mediator.
Ms Jensen has extensive experience in the development and delivery of experiential courses on various topics. She combines management reviews with needs assessments to provide her clients with customized training, coaching, counselling and action plans. She is the author of several publications, including conflict resolution handbooks for managers and managing change. She also publishes a quarterly newsletter "Keep In Touch".
Ms Jensen combines positive attitude, superior communication skills, and talent for creativity with humour and great stories, while seeking the whole picture, but maintaining focus on the needs of the individual. She brings excellent presentation and facilitation skills demonstrated through the delivery of numerous training seminars. She has demonstrated an ability to present and discuss ideas and information clearly and concisely.
Her sensitivity and understanding of excellence allows her to be successful in her counselling and coaching sessions with individuals aspiring to be their best.
Ms Jensen has an Honours Bachelor of Arts, in applied social science from the University of Toronto and a Certificate in Fundamentals of Management from Humber College. She holds an Advanced Certificate in Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) from the Faculty of Law, University of Windsor, and a Certificate from the Canadian International Institute of Applied Negotiation as well as a certificate from St. Stephen's Community Centre in community dispute resolution techniques. She is a certified Master Practitioner in Neuro Linguistic Psychology (NLP), Master Practitioner in Humanistic Neuro Linguistic Psychology, Registered Hypnotherapist and a Registered Professional Trainer with the Canadian Professional Trainers Association. She is a certified member of the Association for Integrative Psychology. She is currently enrolled in the PhD program in Hypnotherapy.
She was also: President of the Society for Conflict Resolution in Ontario; and a member ADR Institute of Ontario; Roster Mediator, Ontario Mandatory Mediation Program (OMMP); and member, Canadian Bar Association (Ontario) - ADR Section; and Member of the Canadian Association of Professional Speakers. She has a Masters Degree in Communications. She is member of the Independent Consultant Association.
